srch in acknowledges that for purposes of this Service it will be designated as a “school official” with “legitimate educational interests” in Client Data, as those terms have been defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and its implementing regulation, and srch in agrees to abide by the limitations and requirements imposed by 34 CFR § 99.33(a) on school officials. srch in shall use Client Data only for the purpose of fulfilling its duties under this agreement and will not share Client Data with or disclose it to any third party except as provided for in this agreement or as required by law.
